中２男子、初等少年院送致

愛知県岡崎市で昨年１１月に無職花岡美代子さん（当時６９）が殺害されるなどしたホームレス襲撃事件で、強盗殺人、強盗致傷などの非行事実で送致された同市内の中学２年の男子生徒（１４）＝事件当時は１３歳＝に対する審判が１５日、名古屋家裁岡崎支部であった。野田弘明裁判長は、４年以上の矯正教育を少年に施す趣旨の処遇勧告を付けた上で、初等少年院に送致する決定を出した。
