公衆トイレで

女性用の公衆トイレに侵入し女子高生にけがをさせたとして、強制わいせつ致傷の罪に問われた元千葉県警巡査部長の被告（３６）＝懲戒免職＝に千葉地裁は２３日、懲役３年、執行猶予４年（求刑懲役３年６月）の判決を言い渡した。

　判決理由で根本渉裁判長は「大胆卑劣な犯行で、警察官の信頼を大きく損ねた」と指摘。一方で「被害者との間で示談も成立し、反省している」と述べた。

　判決によると、被告は昨年９月１２日夜、わいせつ行為目的で同県成田市のＪＲ成田駅東口近くのトイレ個室に侵入。壁を乗り越え、隣にいた女子高生の口を手でふさぎ、唇に８日間のけがを負わせた。
