３万人に影響

　１５日午前５時５０分ごろ、茨城県石岡市石岡のＪＲ常磐線の地蔵前踏切で、下りの回送列車（１０両編成）と同市南台２丁目、造園業梁田幹治さん（３４）の乗用車が衝突した。ＪＲ東日本水戸支社によると、列車は損傷して自力走行できず、上下３２本が運休、上下３１本が最大３時間４０分遅れ、通勤客ら乗客約２万９千人に影響があった。県警石岡署によると、梁田さんは酒気帯び運転で、頭にけがを負ったという。
